PMAP expectations (in order of significance):
- Initiate work on a new manuscript and submit it to a reputable journal (impact factor > 10) by the end of the year.
- Engage in a collaboration with an experimental lab.
- Deliver a talk, either locally or at a conference.
- Present a progress report or a journal club manuscript review every other month (please track your presentations and include them in your PMAPs).
- Attend at least one conference.
